He was predeceased by: his grandchild David; and his sibling Ken. He is survived by: his spouse Chrystal; his children, David and Scott; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jacob, Nathaniel, Mia, Caitlin and Elizabeth Anne; his great grandchildren, John Wesley, Jet Michael and Rachel Elizabeth; and his siblings, Jeff (Marilee) and Randy.
