He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miciunas and Veronica Miciunas; and his siblings, Johnny, Tony, Al, Emily and Sue.

He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his children, Perry (Janet), Darlene Donahoe (Kevin) and Donna Hernandez (Guy); his grandchildren, Andrea, Corey (Elizabeth), Kelly (Scott), Kaitlin (Tegh), Ryan, Brandi (Robert), Collin (Cora) and Cassandra (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Liam, Travis, Haley, Robert, Theodore, Charles and Sundara; and his caregiver Karen.
