He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slowen and Mary Slowen; and his brother-in-law Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hulka; his children, Matthew and Kelly; his sister Judy; his parents-in-law, Judy, Carol and Leo; his children-in-law, Michele and Tom; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Isabella, Henry and Samantha.
