He is survived by: his children, John Jazwiec (Julie), Glenn Jazwiec (Erin), Kerry Kopera (Tom) and Janet Jazwiec; his grandchildren, Adam, Amy (Jacob), Elizabeth (Johnny), Marcus, Eleanor, Lincoln, Jennifer (Lucas), Matt, Morgan and Abbey; and his great grandchildren, Adeline, Jackson, Lincoln and Emma.
