He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Wayne Perkey (Sherry), Steve Perkey (Pam), Betty Perkey, Mark Perkey (Barbara), Richard Perkey (Donna), Ron Perkey (Karen) and Tom Perkey (Peggy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“Larry and I had some great times together at Wrigley, the United Center, Soldier Field, with George and Gary, and some of the other United people. He was kind, considerate, and generous. He Loved his Family, and wished he could spend more time with them. Larry will be missed by all he knew. He was also a good worker, and thoughtful friend. Dave Eirick 1 Corinthians 15:1-58, Romans 10:8-18, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, I told Larry of Jesus, and I Pray we will all call on Him in our hour of need.”
