He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nina; his children, Danny Leone (Amy) and Pauline Pietroske (Mike); and his grandchildren, Michael, James, Kyle, Isabella and Claire.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory of Bartlett (950 S Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Damian Church (131 S Crest Ave, Bartlett, IL 60103). A Mass was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A burial was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
