He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Mary Lee. He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his son David (Candice); his siblings-in-law, Dr. Judith Terrell (William), Frank (Martha), Michael and Nora Slattery; and his cousin Terry Quigley (late Diana). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
