He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter FioRito and Loretta FioRito; and his son Peter Gabriel FioRito. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Laura Mueller (Greg) and Debbie Werst (Matthew); his daughter-in-law Diane FioRito; his grandchildren, Anthony (Gina), Michael (KC), Nick (Paz), Samantha (Corey), Matthew, Joseph (Taylor) and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Zoe, Ava, Calvin, Peter, Bennett, Richard, Isabel, Nolan, Nico, Georgia, Max and Gabriella; and his sister Vinnie Johnson.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory of Bartlett (950 S Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103). The inurnment will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bartlett Cemetery (528 W North Ave, Bartlett, IL 60103).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital, https://www.stjude.org., a cause close to Peter's heart.
