She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Simmons and Helen Simmons (Kirk); and her sister Barbara Darlene Jowers. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Dykes (D. J.) of Henderson, KY, Angela Miros of Tucson, AZ, Scott Hess of Bartonville, Amanda Fawcett (Nate) of Metamora and Andrina Egan of Tampa, FL.; her grandchildren, Britani, Jacobe, Alexandrea, Rylee, Mason, Maddy, David, Devin, Jorian, Bentley and Rylie; her brothers, Larry Simmons of Banner and Mike Simmons (Janet) of Norwood; and her brother-in-law David Jowers of Peoria. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
