We are sad to announce that, on December 13, 2025, at the age of 70, Cynthia Terrell of Bartonville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Heaton and Barbara Phillips Heaton. She is survived by: her husband Randy Terrell; her children, Scott Terrell (Jodie) of Dunlap, Tammy Shepperd (Todd) of Bartonville, Troy Terrell of Bartonville, Danny Terrell (Sabrina) of Pekin, IL, Becca Williams (Adam) of Washington, IL and Ed Maubach (Melissa) of Peoria; and her brother Ronald Heaton (Cindy) of Glasford. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial contributions to the Illinois Cancer Center or the American Heart Association.
