It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Julia Trapp of Bartonville, Illinois, born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefano Sangalli and Giulia Sangalli (Ghiroldi); and her spouse Russell L. Trapp. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Turner (Buddy) of Bartonville and Nicholas of Peoria; her grandchildren, Chad Turner (Mary) of Tinley Park and Kacey Norris (Samuel) of Stanford; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Grant, Alex and Julia. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
