She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Haynes and Dorothy Haynes (McWilliams); her son Michael Bill; and her sister Donna Jean Haynes. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Bill (Juli) of Peoria and Douglas Bill (Jenny) of Peoria; and her grandchildren, Erica, Jacob, Nicole, Alec, Jordan, Drew and Braxton. She is also survived by Fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel (1203 W Garfield Ave, Bartonville, IL 61607). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
