It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn J. Hillig of Bartonville, Illinois, who passed away on March 4, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Baumann and Mabel Baumann; and her husband Richard A. Hillig. She is survived by: her son Richard Hillig Jr. (Janet) of Bartonville; her grandchildren, Andrew Hillig of Peoria and Lisa Hillig of Peoria; and her great grandchildren, Reese Hillig, Dylan Andrus, Kayden Sackman and Jade Martin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Living Waters Lutheran Church.
