He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Cleveland Scudder and Bertha Marie Scudder (Hoxworth); his wife Delores Ann "Deeann" Ulrich; his grandson Jeffrey Naught; and his son-in-law Roger Bernard.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Scudder (Joy) of Peoria, Danny Scudder (Karen) of Newport, Diann Bernard of Apple Valley, Cheryl McLuckie (Michael) of Peoria and Barbara Piscaglia (Michael) of Bartonville. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
