She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gavillet and Leona Gavillet (Peters); her former husband Gary Huls; her sister Dorothy Ann Manley; and her brother-in-law Alfred Bud Wear.
She is survived by: her children, David Huls (Missy) of Basco, IL, Patty Bruns (Rick) of Camp Point, IL, Doug Huls (Teresa Statler) of Basco, IL and Krista Snyder (Rob) of Quincy, IL; her grandchildren, Cody Huls (Maddie), Wyatt Huls (Taylor), Madison Huls (Daryen Mills), Danielle Sethaler (Kyle), Kaylee Neastea (Vance), Cayden Kirkham, Caydee Kirkham, Cole Kirkham, Robbie Snyder (Mackenzie) and Jacob Snyder (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Lennox, Lincoln Huls, Samuel, Theodore, Josephine Huls, Kadence, Berkeley Sethaler, Walker and Knox Snyder; her siblings, Bob Gavillet (Mary), Linda Wear and Susie Hutchison (Larry); and her siblings-in-law, John Manley and Bonnie Lafeber (Jack). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Printy Funeral Home - Carthage (405 Cherry St, Carthage, IL 62321). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Printy Funeral Home (405 Cherry St, Carthage, IL 62321). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the South Cemetery (784-778 N Co Rd 1600, Basco, IL 62313).
