She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Scott and Jeanne Scott (Kahrs); her children, Travis Seidel and Laura Cummings; and her son-in-law Angelo Lozano.

She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Cummings of Basco; her children, Mindy McLeland (Jody) of Branson, MO, Christy Lozano of Urbandale, IA, Bob Cummings of Keokuk and Renea Starr (Marq) of Bartlett, TN; and her siblings, Rick Scott of Epworth, IA and Tonja Inman (Tony) of Kansas City, MO.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Printy Funeral Home - Hamilton (720 Main St, Hamilton, IL 62341). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Printy Funeral Home (720 Main St, Hamilton, IL 62341).

Memorials may be directed to the America Diabetes Association or the Hancock County Honor Guard.
