She was predeceased by: her father Harry McMurtrie; and her husband David. She is survived by: her mother Beverly McMurtrie; her brother Harry McMurtrie, Jr.; her sons, Brent (Pam Eernisse), Craig (Katie Fitzgerald) and Todd; and her grandchildren, Tatum and Caia.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moss Family Funeral Home - Batavia (209 S Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the West Batavia Cemetery (900 S Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to Bethany Lutheran Church in Batavia, IL.
