Curtis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Curtis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Curtis will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Donna (Schmidt) Benson; children: Holly Anderson, Jon Benson, Bob (Angelica) Benson, and Heather (Pete) Runge; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the River Hills Memorial Park (1650 S River St, Batavia, IL 60510).
