It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel Francis Roos of Batavia, Illinois, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jules Roos and Marie Roos; and his brothers, Ken, Dave, Jules and Ralph.

He is survived by : his wife Barb; his children, Simone Snook (Aaron), Jocelyn Kotrba (Rick) and Matthew; and his grandchildren, Matilda Snook, Ralph Snook, Joan Kotrba and Julian Kotrba. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Moss Family Funeral Home - Batavia (209 S Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
