It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emmie Lou Boston (Batavia, Illinois), born in Henderson, Texas, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubbard Chamberlain and Emmie Chamberlain; her granddaughter Maren Jirschele; and her son Thomas Boston Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Dr. Thomas Boston; her daughters, Lucinda Boyle (Joe) of St. Charles and Melanie Westerberg (Jay) of Forest City, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Cameron Jirschele (Kelly), Diana Neukirch (Joe), Brynn Daniels (Matt), Cole Phillips (Ashley), Jordan Westerberg (Natessa) and Colton Westerberg. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

Donations in Lou's memory may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
