He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Debra), Laura (Jeff Brick), Donald (Carrie), Kathleen and Steven (Alicia); his grandchildren, Kristine, Daniel (Jackie), Tyler (Doleah), Cameron, Benjamin, Ethan (Mo), Reece, Emma, Kyrstin, Samuel, Shane and Riley; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Lillyan, Beck and Nathan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation https://give.michaeljfox.org lieu of a service, a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
