With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Leo Desmaretz of Batavia, Illinois, who passed away on August 15, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo (Edith Desmaretz) and Edith; and his mother-in-law Jacquelyn Bochat. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bochat of Franklin Park, IL; his children, Michele Donahue (Matt) and Natalie Koster (Dave); his brother John Desmaretz (Patty); his siblings-in-law, Mark Bochat (Janet) and Patricia Uzzi (Mark); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Samantha Donahue, Everlie and Kensington Koster. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
