He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Overstreet and Annie V. Overstreet; and his brother Floyd Overstreet. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Rick Overstreet (Renita), Christina Harter (Kent) and Martin Overstreet (Sandy); his grandchildren, Natalie Helmstreet (Wyatt), Caitlyn Nelson (Andrew), Matthew Overstreet (Kayla), Ryan Harter (Tiffany), Christopher Overstreet, Jack Overstreet and Nick Overstreet; his great grandchild Kallen Nelson; and his brother John Overstreet (Carolyn).
He volunteered with Batavia RSVP, the Batavia Historical Society, and Friends of the Batavia Public Library.
