With sadness, we share the passing of Nancy E. Hawes (Batavia, Illinois). Nancy, born on March 23, 1960 in Catawba, Ohio, passed away on July 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sara Witteck and Jennifer McCoy; her grandchildren, Ethan, Lorelai, Erik (Aaliyah) and Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Forest, Oliver and Mason; her siblings, Carl, Cathy, Sharon and Judy; and her pet Gideon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Access DuPage to support mental health services for individuals with low incomes, a cause close to Nancy's compassionate heart.
