He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bala and Helen Bala (Wolowiec). He is survived by: his wife Jilda Perfetti; his children, Michael Bala (Lynn), David Bala (Theresa) and Kimberly Giansanti (Steve); his grandchildren, Ashley, Alex, Brandon Bala, Julia DeWulf (Lucas), Grant Giansanti (Sarah), Clark Giansanti (Lily) and Trent Giansanti; his great grandchild Emma Rose DeWulf; and his sister Lorraine Kay (George). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
