He is survived by: his wife Tresa Chambers; his daughter Kaci Jacobs (Ryan); his grandson Liam Jacobs; his stepson Chris Caldwell; his grandchildren, Cash, Mia, Jacob and Michael Caldwell; and his siblings, David Chambers (Shirley) and Sandra Blangin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Moss Family Funeral Home - Batavia (209 S Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the West Batavia Cemetery (900 S Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510).
