She was predeceased by: her parents, William Martin and Bertha Martin (Larson); her son Harold "Butch" Poling; and her siblings, Lucille Mellen, Evelyn Joyce Raddatz Klimek and William Martin.
She is survived by: her husband James Perry; her children, Van "Skip" Poling, Roxanna Lauderdale (William) and Dawn Zappitelli; her stepchildren, Donna Dunley, Kevin Perry and Michael Perry; her grandchildren, Beau Lauderdale (Dawn), Kyle Lauderdale (Elise), Lauren Zappitelli (Jody Shover), Kara Zappitelli, Julie Andraus-Zappitelli (Fadi), Aaron Poling (Shelly), Amanda Row, Sarah Tucker (Craig) and Crystal Schliem (Steve); and her stepgrandchildren, Jackie Sharp, Rebecca Sharp, Jeniffer Perry, Jessica Perry, Jason Perry, Heaven Perry, Kayla Perry, Anna Perry and Shannon Perry. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and three great-great-granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
