He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Meredith Johnson (Patrick) and Suzanne Coates (Dee Tapia); his grandsons, Matthew and Alex Johnson; his siblings, Stephen Coates (Jean Fulton) and Susan Antonick (Robin); and his friend John Smith. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
