Johnson of Chandlerville; his former spouse Kim Johnson (Elam); his children, Jason Stephens of Oak Ridge, Star Murray (Kevin) of Manito and Jacob Johnson of Bath; his grandchildren, Madison, Nate Stephens, Donavon Lindsey, Briana Servis and Jayden Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Chris Armstrong, Tyler, Dylan and Austin Murray; and his siblings, Autumn Lynn (Dean) of Michigan, Barbara Nall (Dennis) of Havana, Daniel Stevens (Debbie) of Chandlerville and Kirk Johnson (Tami) of Havana.
