She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Floyd" Sr. Bailey and Mary Bailey (Charles Allen Sr.); her spouse Russell Gary Hughes; her siblings, Merry Gay, James Floyd "Sarge" Bailey Jr. (Carol), Jon, Mary Bailey (Charles Allen Sr.), James "Floyd" Bailey Sr., Pat Bailey, Kevin Bailey and Richard Bailey; and her nephews, Jay Dye, Jon Michael Bailey, Russell Hughes, Lenny Hughes and Robert Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Hughes, Jennifer Richardson (Mike) and Masten; her grandsons, Josh Uncapher (Jayme Canada), Keenan Taylor and Ethan Richardson; her great grandchildren, Tinsley Uncapher, Arabella "Bella" Dawson and Hazel Uncapher; and her siblings, Allen Dye (Kathy), Karen Showalter (Rick), Jason Hughes (Sarah Cambell), Michael Hughes (Amanda), Charla Bailey (Rick Johnson), Mary Anne Charles (Robert), Charles Allen Bailey Jr., Lloyd "Poogie" Hughes Sr., Bertha Hughes, Ronnie Hughes (Karen), Faye Hughes, Trina Pratt (Charlie), Janice Stephens (Paul) and Lloyd Hughes Jr. (Melody). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
