She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolores "Lola" Perez and Lorenzo Perez Sr.; and her siblings, Ivan Perez, Lucy Muellemann, Lorenzo "Papo" Perez Jr. and Jesse Perez.

She is survived by: her daughters, Marisol Ramos and Jennifer Ortiz (Jossy); her grandchildren, Alexander Ramos (Bryttany), Braulia Lazaro, Jacque Hernandez, Jazmine Lazaro, Johnny Hernandez and Anastacia Carrasco; her siblings, Gladys Leonard (Tim), Carmen Borland (Mark), Freddy Perez, Mildred Eckenstaller (Rick) and Mariela Perez; and her pets, Mila, Rocko and Apollo. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
