She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Chamernik; her siblings, Anthony Jesenovec, Frances Jerina and Angela Harlow; and her sister-in-law Terri Krizay.
She is survived by: her children, Bernard Chamernik (Patti), MaryLou Stefanick and Robert Chamernik (Lisa); her grandchildren, Ryan Connelly, Dr. Brett Chamernik (Victoria), Rachael Connelly, Michael Chamernik, Marcus Chamernik (Nicole) and Austin Chamernik; her great grandchildren, Liam Connelly, Camden, Clara and Leo Chamernik; and her friend Dr. Mila Kyncl. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
