With sadness, we share the passing of Raymond E. Richardson of Beach Park, Illinois. Raymond, born on April 20, 1936, passed away on August 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Richardson and Vernon Richardson; his wife Judy; his son Gary Raymond; his siblings, Rosemary and Paul (Phyllis); his brother-in-law George (Carol); and his son-in-law Tom Donahue.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Pope, Kent Richardson (Marty) and Jana Donahue; his grandchildren, Trevor, Chad Pope, Caileigh and Jake Donahue; his stepgrandchildren, Gail Koerner (Gary), Sara Feltman, Kevin Bouvy (Nina) and Keith Bouvy; his great grandchildren, Jaxin, Jasper and Leilani Pope; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jack, Caroline, Jane, Matthew Koerner, Ben, Joey, Dan Feltman, Ella, Dean and Ava Bouvy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Humility Church (10655 W Wadsworth Rd, Beach Park, IL 60099). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Ascension Cemetery (1920 Buckley Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030).
