He is survived by: his children, Jeff Smith (Lynn) of Beardstown, Melody Forsythe of Beardstown, Lori King (Don) of Petersburg and Melissa Winner of Beardstown; his grandchildren, Chad Kellerman (Charley), Britney Henderson (Justin), Braden Forsythe (Sadie), Adam Brewer, Sara Brewer, Amanda Krohe (Andrew) and Alvin Winner (Cadey); his great grandchildren, Matt, Ella Brad, Brentyn, Braelyn and Elias; his great great grandchild Hazel; and his siblings, E. Marie Bunker of California, Ruth H. Smith (Dee) of Oregon and C. Victor Smith (Nikki) of Frederick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
