He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Mae Chipman (Roudebush) and Edward Staunton Chipman; his siblings, Evelyn McKernan, Florence Haines, Faye Releford, Caroline Bankes, Geraldine Adcock, Gerald Chipman, Bill Chipman and Bernard Chipman; and his grandson Benjamin Reynolds.
He is survived by: his son Matthew (Kathy); his grandchild Lesli; his wife Blanche Lovekamp; his grandchildren, Jonathan Hanlon, Haley Chipman and Josee Chipman; his great grandchildren, Lesli (Doug Reynolds), Tripp and Jak Sanders; Ella and Lucy Reynolds. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to St. John's Lutheran Church or Beardstown Tiger Athletic Club (TAC).
