He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Rhoades; his daughter Cinda Hawkins (Curtis) of East Peoria; his grandsons, Curtis Hawkins Jr. (Tonya) of Germantown Hills, Eric Hawkins (Kasey) of Washington, IL, Christopher Hawkins of Washington, IL, Steven Hawkins (Lindsay) of Groveland and Tyler Hawkins (Ashley Lou) of Creve Coeur; and his great grandchildren, Jaelee, Raylynn, Malysia, Jayden, Jacey, Bryant, Camden, Willa, Cru and Bodie.
