He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Ray and Peggy Joan Turner Dobey. He is survived by: his sister Tierney Swan (Jeff) of Beardstown.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colwell Memorial (515 S State St, Beardstown, IL 62618). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
