She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Dawson (Newt) and Blanche Copley Dawson; her spouse Marion Bert Lerch; her daughter-in-law Rita Lerch; and her siblings, Freida Dawson, Sadie Laverne Barnes, Shirley Sapp, Linda Dawson, Judy Ann Griffey, Virgil "Tom", Charles, Harold, John and Richard Dawson.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Debbie) of Springfield and Greg Lerch of Springfield; her grandchildren, Danielle, Jami, Derrick and Alex; and her great grandchildren, Jaidyn, Jacyn Logan, Joziah Wilson, Mia Lerch and Paisley Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
