She was predeceased by : her parents, Wayne Weber Phillips and Sara Katherine Goodin Phillips; her husband David; her brothers, Terry and Verlin; her brother-in-law John Wulfing; and her aunt Maycil Shoemaker.

She is survived by : her pet Muffy; and her close friend Sandy Janes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
