She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell G. Phelps and Myrtle Spencer Phelps; her children, Beth Bailey, Gary Fortney, Dennis Anderson and Joe Fortney; her grandson Spencer Fortney; and her siblings, Colleen Burrow and Dale Phelps.
She is survived by: her children, Stacey Robertson of Apollo, George Anderson (Lynn) of Alton, Russ Anderson (Julie) of Normal and Gail Anderson of Beardstown; and her sister Shirley Cronin of Beardstown. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchild.
