She was predeceased by: her parents, Ron Dunham Sr. and Rita Cadwell; her husband Scott Bixler; her brother-in-law Daniel Brinkley; her aunt Pam Cadwell; her grandmother Dorothy Cadwell; and her pets, Bella, Sarge, Iguanas, Harley and Angus.
She is survived by: her children, Koti Huffman (Domer IV) of Virginia, Kari Bixler of Pleasant Plains and Kenneth Bixler of Springfield; and her grandsons, Isaiah Alan Stelivan of Pleasant Plains, Elijah Grayson Stelivan of Pleasant Plains and Julian Wayne Huffman of Virginia. She is also survived by her siblings; and several nieces.
In honor of Rhonda's life memorial contributions may be made to the Rhonda Bixler Memorial Fund, which can be donated to any Illinois National Bank (INB).
