He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Fair and Grace Deming Fair; and his siblings, Nancy Case, Kenny Fair and Robert Keith "Bob" Fair.
He is survived by: his sister Karen Pherigo (Allen) of Chandlerville; his sister-in-law Dee Fair of Virginia; and his niece Lisa Winnett (Jon German) of Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Colwell Memorial Home.
