He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Koch and Violet A. Koch (Beckemeyer); his grandparents, Walter, Alma Beckemeyer, Fred and Martha Koch; and his aunts and uncles, Martha Koch, Doris, Amel Ranz, Richard Koch, Elsie Koch and Selma "Semmie" Koch.
He is survived by: his brother David Koch of Carlyle.
