She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Barkhurst and Mildred Barkhurst (Donaldson); her brothers, Greg and Brent; and her in-laws, Holly Eugene and Phyllis Petty.
She is survived by: her husband David Petty of Beecher City; her sons, Doug Lamb (Cheryl) of Beecher City, Brian Lamb (Jennifer) of St. Charles and Timothy Petty (Jayme) of Sigel; her grandchildren, Kennedy, Austin, Kaleb, Morgan, Kyle, Silas, Hayes, Landen and Kasen; and her siblings-in-law, Janet Matteson, Darryl Petty (Lynn) of Beecher City and Jim Petty (Vennia) of Beecher City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Effingham Children's Ministries and may be mailed to Lockart-Green Funeral Home, 302 W. Main St., Shelbyville, IL 62565.
