She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Perry and Emma Perry (Hofer); her husband Wesley Tanis; and her granddaughter Genna Mayes. She is survived by: her children, Tonya Winemiller, Dawn Winemiller, Rhonda Mazurek, Stacy Mazurek and Ronald Mazurek; and her pet Fiona. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
