He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Magnuson and Betty Magnuson (Booth); and his sister Nancy Nemitz (late Greg). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Magnuson; his sons, Dustin Magnuson, Erick Magnuson and Andrew Magnuson; his brother Jeffrey Magnuson (Rita); his goddaughters, Angela Magnuson, Christina Magnuson and Kelly Chadwick; his brother-in-law Denis Swiatkowski; and his niece Lisa Tarala (Joe).

Due to the current health environment and the COVID-19 virus, Funeral services for Kent will be private.
