He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Kramer. He is survived by: his mother Karen Lemke (Lemke); his wife Amy Kramer; his children, Julia and Tyler Kramer; and his brother Charles Lester.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hack-Jensen Funeral Home (753 Hodges St, Beecher, IL 60401). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Liborius Catholic Church (71 W 35th St, Steger, IL 60475).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or the Kramer family in Patrick's honor.
