With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard M. Bonnema of Beecher, Illinois, who passed away on May 15, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Bonnema; his brother William Bonnema (late Ruth); and his parents, Martin Bonnema and Jennie Bonnema. He is survived by: his children, Donald Bonnema (Nancy), Sandy Bonnema, Marge Bonnema and John Bonnema (Eileen); his grandchildren, Christine Alexander (Mark), Karen Schimming (Derrick), Danielle Venhuizen (Vance), Jaclene Bonnema and Kylie Barnes (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Sierra, Misty Vorrier, Addison, Spencer Schimming, Judah, Ezra, Marijke, Silas, Zion Venhuizen, Esther and Delilah Barnes.
