It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn E. Brown of Belknap, Illinois, born in Mount Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dick, Sr. and Julia Dick (Holzgrebe); and her brother Frank Dick, Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Brown; her daughter Deborah Brown of Belknap; her grandsons, Collin Brown of Belknap and Ethan Artis of Belknap; and her sister Helen Suttner (Jim) of Ridgway. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
