He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew John Boron and Jeanette Boron Alford; his parent-in-law Hosea Alford; his brother David Boron; his parents-in-law, John and Audrey Wenkel; and his brother-in-law Donald Freed.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Boron; his children, Julie Taylor (Ryan) of Chesterfield, MO, Christopher Boron of St. Louis, MO, Colleen Jackson (Beau) of Perryville, MO and Matthew Boron of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Ainsley Taylor, Andrew "Drew" Taylor and Tucker Jackson; his siblings, Michael Boron (Jane), Kathy Boron Juelfs (John) and Janet Boron Freed (Randy Pass); and his pet Murphy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
